About Hello Kitty Cafe

Located at 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd Ste 2280, Santa Clara, CA 95050, Hello Kitty Cafe operates as a cafe serving Santa Clara in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Santa Clara, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across California, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Loyalty programs are common and worth joining if you are a regular.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 10 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (408) 320-2576. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, hellokittycafe.com.

You are most definitely paying top dollar for a mediocre experience. The food is outrageously disappointing for the cost. We got sandwiches and desserts with a drink and the cost (see photos and receipt) was $177.98 for 2 people. The room is very cute, but the floor was dirty. We had to wait until they opened the room for people to enter, so they definitely had time to clean it. The staff was pleasant. The tip is added to your bill.

Love the nostalgia as I walked up. We had a short wait, but to be fair, we arrived early. They were accommodating and got us to our table quickly. It was everything someone would expect from a Hello Kitty themed cafe, and at that price point. They had HK tea cups, trinkets, the stand the sandwiches and desserts came on was even Hello Kitty shaped. The drink napkins were printed with Hello Kitty, they drinks were delicious, I had the strawberry lemonadeβ€”no complaints! The service was superb, our waitress was very attentive. Overall, great experience! Oh, one last thing, I love the attention to detail, my friend, whose birthday we were celebrating, had a birthday cake on the strawberry mousse with a candle. Those little touches make a great difference. The only thing I was disappointed with, was there wasn’t much merch for sale. I wish there was a little merch area with the novelty notepads, pens, pencils, gum, coin purses and stuff we grew up buying in the actual Hello Kitty store.

Very cute Hello Kitty Cafe in Valley Fair (located on the 2nd floor next to Bloomingdale). There is usually a long line and luckily there was no line when we walked by. We decided to give it a try. Ordered th pineapple soft serve. It is very good but a little pricey for $10. (I know I can get the same soft serve for cheaper at other ice-cream places. You are paying the the Hello Kitty brand.) There is no seating inside and a few tables outside the cafe. May come back to try other items if there is no line or the line is short. If you are a Hello Kitty fan, definitely come by to check it out!

The service was top notch and absolutely AMAZING!!! It was near closing and my friend and I were looking at the menu and decided not to order as we were aware that no drink orders were being taken anymore, but a really really nice gentleman insisted on making us drinks despite us saying it was really okay. Not only that, he added a strawberry cake on top as well, and packaged everything up so neatly! He was very pleasant, welcoming, polite, and extremely nice to talk to. He made our night! The strawberry smoothie and cake were delicious, the decorations were cute, and the shop was so tidy! We were so very grateful and will always be coming back!

Had I known better, I’d have skipped making a reservation to sit in the cafe room (literally just a small pink room) and just opted to get a snack at the counter to-go. Also adding automatic 18% gratuity is ridiculous. The server was friendly. The desserts came out first and drinks almost 10 minutes later. I drove over an hour in traffic one way to go here, had to pay for parking, and will not be back ever.
